What is ProfileLift?
ProfileLift is a suite of text-to-visual tools designed for professionals. It includes three tools: Text to Flowchart, Minutes to Mind Map, and SOP to Cards. Each tool transforms specific types of text into structured, shareable visuals.
What technology does ProfileLift use?
ProfileLift uses advanced AI language models to analyze your text and transform it into structured visual outputs. The AI understands context, identifies key elements, and generates appropriate visual representations automatically.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you can try all tools without creating an account. Anonymous users get 120 Starter Credits to try the tools. Creating a free account gives you 1,000 Credits every month and the ability to save your work.
What formats can I export?
Free users can export standard quality images with a watermark. Pro users get HD exports without watermarks in multiple formats including PNG, SVG, and PDF.
What if generation fails?
If a generation fails, ProfileLift will automatically retry the request. You can also click "Regenerate" to try again manually. If the issue persists, try simplifying your input text or check your internet connection.
Privacy & Data
Is my content saved?
By default, we do not save your content. It is processed only for the current generation and then discarded. If you create an account and choose to save your work, it will be stored securely.
Is my content used for training?
No. Your content is never used to train any AI models. We are committed to protecting your intellectual property and sensitive information.
Can I clear my session?
Yes, you can clear your session at any time. This removes all content from your current session. For account users, you can also delete saved items from your history.
Should I paste sensitive information?
We recommend avoiding highly sensitive or confidential information. While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. For sensitive content, consider using placeholder text or anonymizing data before pasting.

The free plan includes access to all three tools with 1,000 Credits per month, standard quality exports with watermarks, and all 69 professional templates.
What does Pro include?
ProfileLift Pro ($20/month) includes 15,000 Credits per month with 30% rollover, HD exports without watermarks, all 69 professional templates, and priority processing.
What's the difference between Free and Pro AI processing?
Free users get 1,000 Credits per month with standard resolution exports and watermarked outputs. Pro users get 15,000 Credits per month with 30% rollover, HD exports at 2x resolution, no watermarks, and priority processing for faster results.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Text to Flowchart converts plain text process descriptions into visual flowcharts. Perfect for SOPs, approval workflows, onboarding processes, and troubleshooting guides.
What is Minutes to Mind Map?
Minutes to Mind Map transforms meeting notes into structured outputs: a summary, action items with owners and deadlines, and a mind map outline. Great for team leads and managers.
What is SOP to Cards?
SOP to Cards converts SOP and training documents into visual knowledge cards: step-by-step cards, checklists, and do/don't cards. Ideal for training and operations teams.
Credits & Usage
How do Credits work?
Each generation consumes Credits based on the tool used, input length, and complexity. Before generating, you'll see an estimated Credit cost. Simple flowcharts might use 8-15 Credits, while complex meeting summaries could use 40-80 Credits.
How many Credits does each generation cost?
Credit costs vary by tool and input size. Flowcharts typically cost 8-35 Credits, meeting summaries 20-80 Credits, and SOP cards 15-60 Credits. You'll always see the estimated cost before generating.
Do unused Credits roll over?
Pro users get up to 30% of their monthly allowance rolled over to the next month. Free users' Credits reset to 1,000 each month without rollover.
How many Credits do anonymous users get?
Anonymous users receive 120 Starter Credits to try the tools. These are one-time Credits that don't reset. Sign up for a free account to get 1,000 Credits every month.
What happens when I run out of Credits?
When your Credits are exhausted, you'll need to wait for your monthly reset or upgrade to Pro for more Credits. Pro users get 15,000 Credits/month with 30% rollover.
When do Credits reset?
Credits reset monthly from your account creation date (Free) or subscription start date (Pro). You can see your next reset date in your account dashboard.
Do I get Credits back if generation fails?
Yes, if a generation fails, the Credits are automatically refunded to your balance. You'll only be charged for successful generations.
