• Not circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service in any way

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the cards you generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the card generation service.

Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our Service:

• Content you provide: The SOP and training document content you paste into our generator for card creation
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics to understand how the Service is used and improve the experience
• Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication and service communications

Your content is processed solely for the purpose of generating knowledge cards. We do not:

• Sell or share your content with third parties
• Use your content to train machine learning models without explicit consent
• Store your content longer than necessary for service delivery

SOPCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Free tier features may be subject to usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

Free & Paid Tiers

SOPCard offers both free and paid tiers. The free tier provides access to selected template packs with standard quality exports. The Pro tier unlocks all template packs, HD exports, brand styling, and additional features.

Subscription Terms

When you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent you from using the Service. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase if you experience any issues.

Price Changes

We may adjust pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
